Call open for pre-proposals: April 15th , 2013

Pre-proposal deadline: September 30th, 2013

Full proposals invited: December 2013

Early decision: 

Applications received by July 1st, 2013 will be considered for early decision. Early decision full proposals will be invited in September 2013.

Writing training workshops will be offered to finalists invited to submit full proposals. Selected full proposals will undergo a period of iterative proposal development and review before final awards are completed. Final awards are expected to be made in mid-2014 onwards.
